AX1800 LED Brightness
Is it possible to diminish the brightness of the LED’s on AX1800 ?
Or, is it possible to have all LED’s off between 10am and 8am without effecting performance of the box ?

Very unclear what AX1800 you are talking of here. Find the exact model (printed on the label) and locate the user manual on https://www.netgear.com/support/
The RAX10 and RAX20 (and probably others) show a control to "Turn off the router LEDs", here from the RAX20 User Manual, p.103. Not on a schedule however.
for WAX610 (or any WAX600 series). There is easy way to turn ON-OFF LEDs. you can even control which LED to turn on/off/on.
example
all LEDSall LEDS except power LED.
you can do it via local UI (in standalone mode and via Insight (for multiple APs at a time).
