Hi Kurt,
1st Point - We are working on the UI change to indicate only the devices count which needs FW updates under the red color dot.
2nd Point - Do you have the M4350 devices models which you have shared in the screenshot added in your Insight account?
2nd point: Negative, none. All our M4250 and M4350 are maintained locally using a NTGR Engage Controller.
