Problems with 3.0.0.7 Firmware and WNDAP350
After upgrading 2 different WNDAP350 from 2.1.9 to 3.0.0.7 I had some strange behaviors in the management interface… Depending on the browser I used (IE11, Chrome and Firefox) the visible menus would be different. Eventually I did a factory reset and now all browsers display the same Web GUI!
If I change the router to Non Cloud Enabled I have no menus to navigate / configure the device…
If I select Cloud enabled again, the device will not reconnect to the cloud unless I do a reset…
Did anyone update a WNDAP350 to 3.0.0.7 and see odd issues?
Does anyone know the procedure to revert back to 2.19 firmware?
Hi ymmengin,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you cannot load the configuration file from an older Firmware version 2.x on your AP that runs the Firmware 3.x. I am pretty positive that this new Firmware 3.x will work fine in standalone or cloud (BCWM) mode.
Kind regards,

Hi ymmengin,
The Firmware can be reverted to 2.x.x and it is only applicable to this model (WNDAP350). This Firmware 3.0.0.7 should give you two modes of operation, namely; standalone and BCWM mode (for cloud). Check the links below for more information.
Firmware 3.0.0.7 Release notes
Hope this helps!

Hi BrianL,
I had gone over the documentation and agree that per release notes the WNDAP350 can be downgraded to 2.1.9. Unfortunately it doesn't say how. The BCWM can't do anything besides push or inform you about new firmware; nothing about reverting.
When I select the standalone mode the AP GUI doesn't show any menus to configure or change firmware. I have the same menus after switching from BCWM mode (Cloud Enabled) to standalone!!!
If anyone could help on how to revert back to prior firmware or how to get back to the standalone mode?
Also how do I post attachments (jpeg) ?
Thanks.
