Hi haydenlawrie,
Welcome to the community! :)
Since you have already performed a factory reset and reloaded the firmware, it means that you were able to access the WNDAP360 web-GUI, am I correct? Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the status of the LED lights of the WNDAP360 when its turned on?
b. What is the current firmware version of the WNDAP360?
I look forward to your response.

Hi DaneA
Thanks for getting back to me so quick, I have five of them and they are all doing the same thing.
1. Just a flash amber power light, no other lights at all
2. all of the default IP addresses have changed to 192.168.0.160
3. the firmware version I have downloaded and tried to apply is WNDAP360_V3.5.5.0 however even though the devices go through the install process they firmware is not applied, the current build is 2.3.0.37_1318.
If you need any more info please let me know.
Thanks again
Hayden

Hi haydenlawrie,
I suggest you to upload firmware v2.1.12 instead. Click on this link where to download firmware v2.1.12. Be reminded to perform a factory reset on the WNDAP360 after uploading the firmware. Let us know the results afterwards.
