Terrible speeds with WAX615 lately
I have 2 WAX615's running the latest firmware (10.8.6.3); one in my basement and one on my main level. Up until the last couple weeks everything seemed to be working fine. Now, I can barely pull 10 Mbps in my bedroom that is 20 feet away from the AP and my iPhone is constantly switching between 5G and my network. Directly under the AP I can pull only about 150-200 Mbps, shouldn't I be able to get a lot more than that on a 1Gbps connection?
I don't know how this would be related but I did get a new ISP around the same time I've seen a degradation in my network. I've restarted my 'modem', router, and access points to no avail but I have no idea what else to try or even consider. Any help would be appreciated.

More than a little bit thin, a lot of variables. What throughput you get when doing the Speedtest using the wired network and router to the Internet, using the Ookla?

When hardwired, I am pulling around 900Mbps.
I didn't give much info because I'm not sure what info to give. There are so many settings and things I can change and I have no idea what I should change. I did change the power settings of my basement AP to the lowest possible to basically force my upstairs AP to be the primary one. It seemed to help a bit with my wireless speeds. Should I be using mesh mode or AP mode? Should I mess with any other settings?

For wired WAX615, AP mode is the way to go. Instant Mesh is for a special use case allowing to operate additional APs in a place without wired Ethernet.
Are there any other Wi-Fi networks on air near to the WX615, like wireless speakers or similar?
