WAC124 linked account reset

Hi, today I've purchased a second-hand WAC124.
I've encountered an issue preventing me from logging on to it to change the configuration.
It says the device is registered to a different Netgear account, could someone perhaps help me with how to reset it so I can configure the device?

    I just opened a case with customer support, currently awaiting their response.
