WAC540 - Not connected to Insight cloud after firmware update.
Hi
Have updated to V9.5.5.4 and now neither of my WAC540s will connect to insight cloud, just says Status: Device failed to connect back
Please advise where to start looking to resolve issue.

Reboot. Simple if your PoE switches are Insight managed.

Have tried a couple of reboots and no luck.

Do the WAC540 get PoE power (only one port is PoE)?
Do the WAC540 get IP configs assigned from your DHCP server (typically on the router)?
Can you ping the WAC540 IP addresses?
Can you reach the WAC540 local Web UI by using a Web browser using http://[ip-address]/ ?
