WAX620 Neighbor AP lists not populating

Question

The WAX620 is running the latest firmware V9.6.3.2 with detection modes for both wireless channels set to Mild under Security -> Neighbor AP (setting to Moderate or Aggressive have also been tried).

The issue is that none of the Unknown AP lists are populated for either wireless channel. This applies to the Security-> Neighbor AP and also the Monitoring -> Neighbor AP lists.

I have tried rebooting the AP but no success. Is there something else that I need to configure or is there an issue with this firmware?

Can just report the WAX620 (9.6.3.2) in Insight management show the neighboring AP as expected where the feature is enabled.&nbsp;

Insight Management is not used to manage the AP. &nbsp;The functionality has worked previously, so I am assuming a firmware change has broken the capability.
