WAX620 recent firmwares create strong instability with Google Assistant and Arlo Webcam!
I have been using for more than one year a WAX620 Access Point with good results.
Recently I had to move to the operator's router (Vodafone Italy) all my Google Home devices as through the WAX620 they were working fine in the music stream mode, but stopped working with the Google Assistant
After long troubleshooting, with Google assistance too, I had to give up using the Netgear AP WAX620 and had to use the Vodafone router WiFi instead!
The same issue is with Arlo webcams: often if I try to stream them through the WAX620 they do not respond
No problem connecting through the Vodafone router
Of course the WAX620 AP is connected to the Vodafone router by a wired connection
Same issue with the Onecta app to control Daiking air conditioning: some times through the WAX620 the app doesn't respond, and if I switch my smartphone directly to the Vodafone router, it works
I just upgraded manually to the very latest firmware V 10.5.0.16 but at the very moment things seem to have not got better
Tomorrow I will check more in depth

Could you please downgrade the firmware and check since the current firmware has some issues, engineering team is working on it.

Thank you very much for informing me that a new firmware is on its way
I already manually downloaded the 10.5.0.16 version, that did not sort out the problems.I will wait for a further firmware, as downgrading it causes a reset and after that I need to reconnect a lot of devices! Already done twice and it's a mess....
At the moment I moved my Google Home to the Vodafone router directly, bypassing the Netgear Access Point and I connect my smartphone to the Vodafone WiFi router and this way I can also access the Arlo remote cams
I hate having two WiFi networks ON in my home, but hopefully your new firmware will solve these problems

Netgear Wax620 is not able to connect to Netgear webcams
I have to use a Vodafone router to access the recording libraries of the webcam and I cannot use Google Nest Home products: disappointing to avoid other less politically correct expressions!
