impossible purchase insight service

Hello

I can't purchase insight service. I can't select the duration and the number of Aps..

All service Insight have the same problem.

Is some one can help me

      From the image you have posted, it seems you that want to purchase Captive Portal Credits.  Were you able to purchase Captive Portal Credits before?  Also, on what NETGEAR device are you going to use the Captive Portal Credits?
