HelloI can't purchase insight service. I can't select the duration and the number of Aps..All service Insight have the same problem.Is some one can help meThanks

From the image you have posted, it seems you that want to purchase Captive Portal Credits. &nbsp;Were you able to purchase Captive Portal Credits before? &nbsp;Also, on what NETGEAR device are you going to use the Captive Portal Credits?

Have you tried accessing the Insight Portal using Incognito mode in Chrome or trying other browsers then check if you can make a purchase? &nbsp;If ever it will still not work, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime here for further investigation.
