Insight basic portal issue
I have a Guest SSID that works as an open network. When I turn on captive portal, that works too. When I turn on and add a Redirect URL, the redirect does not work at all. Any issue with this field? I have a website that worked when we were using Comcast's WiFi pro, and is still works now. Is there a bug with this field? Is there a specific format, like leave out https:// or www? Thanks for any suggestions.

Kindly answer the questions below:
1. Was the Redirect URL in the Insight Basic Portal working fine before?
2. Have you tried to disable then re-enable the Captive Portal? If not yet, kindly try it and check if the same problem will occur.
3. I believe you are managing the WAC540 using NETGEAR Insight. What is the current firmware version of it?Regards,

Update to this issue - after testing on multiple devices, the issue seem to be tied to Android devices only. On a Windows laptop or iPhone, after clicking Accept, the browser is redirected to the landing page. On the Android devices (specifically speaking, OnePlus OxygenOS), the WiFi connection manager opens up a proxy or embedded browser, which opens up the Netgear Accept page. The browser doesn't recognize the redirect to my setup webpage. Unsure how this is going to be resolved. Will test on more devices.
