Insight Cloud not showing correct topology...
So, I started with an internal network of all Netgear products with a Linksys Wifi Router. When using the Insight Cloud Portal, the Topology was perfect.
I swapped out my Linksys Wifi Router for a BR200 Linksys router... with the interest to get away from a WiFi router while getting more functionality for VLANS, security, etc.
The topology function worked for a while on Insight Cloud ... it wasn't completely accurate (it had the switches that were plugged directly into the router listed a serially plugged in routers ... one plugged into the other), but then topology stopped working altogether.
Whats funny to me is that I when I was using a Linksys Router, all was fine showing the right topology behind the router ... switches and WAPs were all showing correctly. When I went with ALL NETGEAR PRODUCTS end-to-end, its now not working ... and not working at all.
Any ideas? Screen shot attached. And, no, it isn't a "filter" issue... I've already checked that.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
