Insight Pro License

My company has purchased an Insight Pro license as we needed it to upload some NetGear Nighthawk devices to insight. The biggest issue I am having is where I need to go to upload it. I was directed to go to the Insight page where I can't upload because I don't have a pro account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Instructions

     

    For Existing Insight Pro Users:

     

    Simply follow the steps below to add your license:

     

    Step 1: Go to insight.netgear.com/#/register and log in using your credentials.

     

    Step 2: Click on Account Management in the top-right corner of the page.

     

    Step 3: From the left-hand menu, select Subscriptions.

     

    Step 4: Click the Add Purchase Confirmation Key button to enter your new license.

     

     

    For New Users or Existing Premium Users:

     

    Follow the steps below to create a new Insight Pro account or upgrade from a Premium account :

     

    Step 1: Go to insight.netgear.com/#/register.

     

    Step 2: Enter your email address and click Next.

    There is no way to mix and merge Insight Premium with Insight Pro.

    What Netgear Nighthawk devices (type like Access Point, Switch ..) and model please.

     

    To my knowledge, there are not many Netgear Nighthawk devices supporting Netgear Insight, the only exception are certain supported Nighthawk 4G/5G mobile routers.

     

    Anyway, the license for Insight Pro can only be registered to an existing Insight Pro account.

    I would contact NG support about this and ask them about what is needed for the app to add Nighthawk products to the app and what NH products are support by the app.


    I know for most NH products, the Nighthawk app is used for that line of products. 

    I do see that on my Insight app that It detects one of my NH RS series routers. I haven't added it since I use the NH app for it.
