Insight Web Interface "Invalid Session" Popup
I can not work with the Insight Web interface. Since a few days, I login, do MFA, Trust the browser (Safari, Chrome), use it for a few minutes, and then Insight Popup presents me with an "Invalid Session" Popup. This is so annoying. Deleting Cache, reboot fixes it for a few minutes, then all the same again. It redirects to the login page again, have to do MFA again, trust the browser, etc. Netgear, please get your things in order. This is our infrastructure you are tinkering with!!!
Laptop is a mac, M4, Browser is Safari and Chrome. Error pops up with both.

Was quiet for some time, now this SH%&**T starts again. Wonder why I pay for 6 Devices. FIX IT!!!
Well, I was going to try to open a ticket by clicking the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of this page which would take you to
https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
...but that page returns a 404 :(
It's been 3 months with this annoying error which makes navigating the portal next to impossible. My renewal is April 5th for 16 devices. If this isn't fixed in the next couple weeks, my plan is to get things as stable as possible and not renew.
What is going on at Netgear these days?

There the available support options depend on the hardware support status, there is no dedicated support contact for Netgear Insight, despite of the valid and active Insight subscription.
The Insight Web-browser sessions stay up and remain valid for me here (Windows 11/Chrome, Windows 11 /(modern)Edge or AAOS/Chrome Beta (Volvo!).
Something Apple specific, or some overly "smart" in-line security appliances, in the data path?

FYI, that URL is no longer valid or used with NG.
The following are supported working paths to contact NG support:
https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx
https://www.netgear.com/support/home/
https://www.netgear.com/about/contact-us/
Please update our contact information for NG.

StephenB are you also experiencing the invalid session issues on the Insight portal when connecting from a desktop browser? Looks like this is happening on both Mac and Windows on on Safari, Chrome, and Edge. All I need to do to reproduce is navigate into a few areas of the portal, then click into either Topology or Wireless and that will immediately trigger the invalid session popup, which brings you back to the login screen. I managed to get in touch with support via phone and opened a ticket. Waiting on a response. But curious how wide spread this really is.

Sorry, I don't use Insight, so can't help with the main problem.

Don't these laptops allow installing and using the Insight App?
mike1110 I finally figured it out and told Netgear how to fix it. I could tell this was a cookie problem since that always seemed to help for a while after clearing all my netgear cookies but it would come back. So I spent an hour reproducing the issue and watching which cookies get set with Chrome dev tools navigating into different parts of the portal. There are some parts of the insight portal that will set an empty organization_Id cookie. When that gets set, and you click certain tabs like the Wireless tab, you will hit Invalid session and get logged out. That cookie persists from session to session, so unless you constantly clear it, you will eventually hit it again. With this info, hopefully Netgear will fix this. Until then, if you are a victim of this, just have developer tools running side by side. If you see organization_Id cookie get set, delete it.
