Can't buy ProSUPPORT for my Orbi Pro Router SXR80
Hello
I want to buy ProSUPPORT OnCall 24x7, Category 2, 3-Year 204.00(EUR) for my Orbi Pro Router (SXR80).
If I do that on the https://my.netgear.com/ webpage I become the message: «uppps» an error has occurred.
I have a support message (45449775) open by netgear from 2021/12/13. Yes you are right now about 6 months ago!?!
But netgear can't help me and don't want to sell me this support option.
I had also cantact with a marketing guy, but he also can't help me to.
What is your experience? Has anyone been able to buy this support?
How did you do it?
Can anyone help me?
Unfortunately netgear is not able to do this.
Is netgear support that bad?

Yes, it is a wonderful day. I was able to activate my support contract today after over 6 months of back and forth with Netgear.
Support message did nothing and is still open. Contact via the press and marketing department of Netgear brought nothing.
Was it really this message in the community?
Anyway, I now have the support extension.
So much hassle and effort for €204 in the end? Wouldn't free support be cheaper for Netgear?
The problem that you can't order this support extension via www.mynetgear.com still exists, of course, and more customers will fall in.BruceGuo : No I'm not Judith. I'm Carlos. But it's solved now

The problem is over 6 months old and they keep stalling me? Is this the quality of service from Netgear?
I am desperate for an alternative to the electronic ordering process over the internet, because if they can't get this right in 6 months, you will NEVER get it right. What is ETA?Selling a support contract shouldn't be that hard.
Give me a solution now, I have waited enough.Kind regards
