MR60 not seeing ethernet cable
I have had this MR60 mesh system for several years without any issue. However, it is now not seeing the internet via the ethernet connection. I can plug the ethernet cable directly into a laptop, and can access the internet, but when plugged into the yellow port on the MR60 it doesn't respond...like the ethernet port is bad? I have tried to do a hard reset on the MR60, and used the Nighthawk App, but it always stalls when asking about the ethernet cable. I have also tried to login to the router via routerlogin.net on my computer when on the Netgear wifi, but still indicating an ethernet cable issue.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. Swap LAN cable for another.Be sure to power OFF the ISP modem/ONT for 30 seconds then back ON, then power OFF then ON the MR unit.

Firmware is V1.1.7.134. The modem is an antenna with POE supplied by the Internet provider. I don’t really know the details of it since it is mounted high on the house.
The cable is high quality and has been swapped already. As mentioned, I can hook this cable direct to a laptop without issue.
i have also done numerous power cycling variations as well.

Even though a cable appears to be good, it is often a good idea to try another Ethernet cable "just in case."
Are you able to access the modem management and see if the modem detects what device is connected to it?

I don’t really know how to access the modem management since it is an antenna/radio that connects to Visionary (the ISP)

The evidence so far seems to indicate that the Ethernet port is dead. Fortunately, MR60 routers sell on Amazon and eBay for under $30.
