NAT issues on Xbox
Trying to set up remote play on my Xbox series x and for the NAT it states that the Xbox “Can’t get a teredo IP address”. I’ve tried port forwarding, upnp, and a DMZ and nothing has changed it. Any suggestions?
modem router is a cbr750, firmware v4.6.14.8, and Xfinity internet hardwired to the Xbox

Is IPv6 enabled on the CBR?
Check with the ISP for IPv6 configuration requirements.

FYI, teredo is used for ipv6 tunneling.

Yep.
Also FYI, IPv6 isn't really needed for XBOX. My ISP doesn't support IPv6 natively and have been using xbox for years with out it.

When I enable IPv6 it locks everything up like it’s not working at all

Check with the ISP to see which IPv6 configuration is needed. Usually DHCP or Auto Config, however check and see which one they prefer. Also try using custom IPv6 DNS like Cloudfare or Quad9.

Lots of complaints about this if you google. It looks like a Microsoft problem. An issue with a recent update?
