Orbi Wi-Fi xfinity issue
On speed test the speed is coming in full throttle but Wi-Fi browsing and apps like twitter and YouTube are not working properly. If I connect to Orbi through LAN, every thing works great. I think something went wrong with my Wi-Fi specifically.
Should I do a hard a reset to resolve?

What Orbi model are you referring too?
Power cycle the system first OFF for 1 minute then back ON?
Try a reset as well.

I’ll try the power cycle for 1 minute. I tried 10 seconds before.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.- Nayef1AspirantXfinity modem is XB7
4.6.14.3 firmwareYour ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktopTry option #2 first...

- Which Speed Test is showing the expected speed?
- A Speed Test report from the Orbi router web interface or the Orbi 'app'?
- A Speed Test run on a device wired to the Orbi? (Such as Ookla Speed Test)
- A Speed Test run on a device connected to Orbi over WiFi?
- If the Speed Test was a report from the Orbi, then it would be very helpful to use a web browser to connect to Ookla Speed Test and measure speed from both a wired and WiFi device. https://www.speedtest.net
- In what way are apps like Twitter and YouTube not working when connected over WiFi?
- What sort of devices is this happening with? (more than one?)
- Is it safe to assume that everything was 'normal' until just recently?
- Nayef1AspirantSpeedtest over wifi on iPhone and MacBook. Just started happening recently.
Either it opens tweets, videos and webpages very slowky or won’t load them at all.
Wired speeds and Wi-Fi speedtests are consistent.

"Don't Do Speed Tests through a Web Browser."
Get the actual SpeedTest(.)net App and run it on all the Clients your are needing tests from. Through a browser is very inaccurate.
P.S.
Bridge Mode on the XB7 works with DOCSIS sources only, not Fiber. But the XB8 says it's 100% Bridgeable. Xfinity has a page on how to put it into Bridge Mode. With a lot of sales pitches.
