The RBR and RBS keeps disconnect from internet
I have an ORBI 963 and have the same issues. The latest firmware 7.2.6.31 works great, but the system upgraded to the newest firmware 7.2.7.15 - and that's when the problem started. The RBR and RBS keeps disconnect from internet (fiber). The RBR and one RBS is wired.

HAVE NOT DONE A FACTORY RESET AGAIN.
So can you tell us which ISP this national one is?
What is the brand and model# of the fiberbox that the RBR is connected too?
How is IPv6 configured? DHCP, Auto, 6rd or Static?
Please temporarily disable IPv6 on the RBR and see if these disconnections still continue. Like to see if this could be IPv6 related.
Are you using ISP IPv6 DNS or custom DNS?
Would need a factory reset with v.15 loaded to see if this resolves what your seeing, however lets check with IPv6 suggestions first.
Please don't use al caps, no need to yell, we can hear you fine with out all caps.

The national ISP is Telenor - in Norway
I do not know the model# or brand of the fiberbox. it is fastned to the wall.
The IPv6 was already disabled, so i did not use that.
I used all caps, so you could easily see what i wrote. it was not meant as screaming.

i will try to reinstall the former firmware, if there are noe solution to the problem..
Thank you..

Hi.. the problem did not resolve, so i have downgraded the to firmware 7.2.6.31, that has been stable.
Everything works again now..
My 963 series been online with v.15 FW for past week plus. No issues. However I don't have IPv6 enabled.
I presume this maybe your issue there which, you'll need to keep v.31 FW loaded as v.15 has a known issue with IPv6.
Be sure to disable auto update on the RBR to prevent it from updating for now.

I think there is issues with the satelites, since the router i still connected..
I don't have IPv6 enabled either, so it should not be the issue.
I have disabled auto update now..
thank you for your help.
