How to verify Wifi 7 from Orbi RBE971
I have a Netgear Orbi RBE973SB (router + 2 satellites), but I'm wondering how exactly Wi-Fi 7 works. From what I understand, it should use the 6 GHz band, but in my router’s configuration I only see settings for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. So how does this work exactly? Where is the 6 GHz band — or is it working differently than I expected?
Nothing indicates MLO or 320 MHz usage. I also haven’t come across any related settings in the configuration. The fact that I don’t have a Wi-Fi 7 device at the moment means I can’t really test Wi-Fi 7 properly.
Anyway. my goal is to see something that shows Wifi 7 is present, active and working!

You'd need something that supports 320hz wide channels to see it. You might also need a different app. That same app on my phone with wifi 7 only shows 20hz wide channels in 6ghz but if I pull up a different one (acrylic) on my PC and laptop with wifi 7, it shows 320hz wide. And my link speed is indicative of that.

Funny enough the 340 is depended on what region you live in they dont seem to allow ppl outside of the usa and Canada to select the 340 which is weird in my opinion
There are significant differences in regulation of radio frequencies around the world. Wikipedia has a nice summary:

Should we be seeing 7GHz here?
