RBR760 wont fall back to wireless backhaul
my RBR760 and 3 satellites wont fall back to a wireless backhaul when one of the satellites loses it's wired connection; the satellites just goes offline instead which is not what I want; I would expect them to fall back to a wireless connection to keep the mesh network intact. To get the satellite back online, I need to give it a power cycle to then re-join the mesh.
How can I change my set-up so that the satellites DO fall back to a wireless backhaul?

Orbi systems are designed to check the router to satellite connection using an internal timer and automatically switch to the best connection. This is why it takes a few minutes for the satellite to recognize that a 'wired' connection exists and switch to it.
Is it correct to assume that when the satellite is powered up when not 'wired' that it reports a Good 5G connection to the router on the Attached Devices web page?
The current firmware for the 760 system is v6.3.8.5. Is this the version running on the router and satellites?
One would imagine that this situation does not happen frequently, correct?

Please describe "how this happens" (what causes the satellite to lose the 'wired' connection). For example, is there an electrical outage which causes every device in the house to lose power?
To troubleshoot a problem, one has to be be able to replicate the problem. For example:
- After the connection has been restored by rebooting the satellite, does removing the Ethernet connection cause the satellite to switch to WiFi backhaul (takes a few minutes)?
- If the satellite is temporarily relocated to the same room as the router, does connecting it to the router with Ethernet, removing the Ethernet cable, reconnecting the cable cause the satellite to switch properly between 'wired' and WiFi?

Any progress on this?
Had the RBS been first setup and connnected wirelessly to the RBR then once all set there, then connect them to ethernet. Then once all settled in there, do a test by disconnecting one of the RBS from Ethernet and give 1-2 minutes to see if the status changes on the RBRs web page from wired to wireless status?
