Hi Nightcat,
If you haven't done so already, may you perform a factory reset on the router after a firmware update.

Did a factory reset and still says router not found, even when choosing setup a new device.

Nightcat - Thanks for confirming. May you provide me with the current Nighthawk app version you have installed on your android device.
Thanks,
Christian
- RajaDajaLuminaryLog into your router thru web browser:
router login.net or routerlogin.com
If you haven’t, set your router up.
Look to enable; Remote Management.....
under advance tab or admin- RajaDajaLuminaryGo off wi-fi then open nighthawk app. As the app loads at the bottom click on the purple banner connect remotely or to that affect.
- Mad6913AspirantI bought new RAX200 router, would not connect to internet at all, factory resets, modem power cycles, etc
Found out through Netgear
Tech Support,
1. Factory default router
2. Power cycle Modem
3. Reboot Router
4.must login to router directly, with hardwire to port 2,
5.login Routerlogin.net
Run through initial set up, once logged into router.
6. Go to Ethernet
7. SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM
8. make sure it states "Use Computer Mac Address"
9. APPLY
10. internet issues should be resolved,
11. Go to Nighthawk APP
12. Complete set up of router on App.
Hope this helps..
