I can't find the parental Controls option in the Orbi app
Hi, I'm having the same issue with my RBR350 - Orbi AX1800 WiFi 6 Dual-band Mesh Router.
I can't find the parental Controls option in the Orbi app or on the router admin via web. I bought this system from Officeworks.
The Netgear website says all Orbi Mesh systems can use Parental Controls, however when I follow this guide (and the advice above) about logging in to the router to set up Parental Controls, I don't get that option. I've looked through every option on the admin dashboard and can't see it.

Parental Controls is not appearing under Advanced > Security.

On the Orbi app, top left corner, there is a menu there, Select this and then find Subscriptions. Take a look here to see if SPC is seen here or is available.
Also check under Settings/Parental Control.

Thank you both for replying. I ended up chatting with Netgear support (chat not phone) and they confirmed that this model does not support parental controls - despite it being on the box when I bought it a year ago.
This is also the case for a product currently on the shelf RBK353 which also advertises parental control on the box. Neither of these products support it now.

I am in Australia and it is listed as available.
I've checked every menu and screen on my app, it is not there. I've kind of lost confidence in Netgear after all this effort and research! I would call it false advertising.

Can you post a screenshot of the Orbi App (after you log into the Orbi using it)?
Note most of the features require a subscription, and it is not available in all countries:

Thanks CrimpOn.
It doesn't show up on my app either. I have a feeling my model (RBR350) can't have Parental Controls. I have been researching all day, and I have to say the information from Netgear is totally inconsistent!
e.g. here is a list of routers that support parental controls
https://kb.netgear.com/000064166/Which-products-support-NETGEAR-Smart-Parental-Controls
and here's another (much shorter list)
https://www.netgear.com/ca-en/home/services/smart-parental-controls/
and this one (not on the lists above) advertises it on the box, but is not on the lists above :(
I can only assume Orbi is dropping Parental Controls at some point after launching a product?

Smart Parental Controls is a feature of the Orbi 'app', not the web interface. This is a screen shot of the Android Orbi app, version 2.49.0.5034:
