C3700 Repeatedly Assigning IP

I've noticed this recently. I have another post up with some questions and other weird things, but now I've noticed this. The device is my phone. I have an Echo Show that runs right beside my phone...

    I didn't notice an interruption last night. However, they returned this evening. Just within the past hour or two I've noticed my phone lose connection and reconnect about 6 times. I have since reserved an address for every device on my network, only about 7, and it doesn't seem to have had any sort of positive effect.
