I have checked and there is no configuration on the CM600 for QoS settings and we will be checking with marketing to update the documents if require.

Why does the CM600's product page advertise "Advanced QoS"? The PDF also mentions QoS, albeit with a DOCSIS prefix, which lead me to ask here if this was end-user configurable, or something that only the provider can access - maybe for their own voip or video services. In my case, I don't bundle my telephony with my isp charges, which leads me to wanting to manually prioritize my traffic. Also, I have a different ac-based wifi solution, and am not looking for a nighthawk replacement.
