my netgear ac1750 modem/router model c6300
I bought a new netgear ac1750 modem/router. I have a zmodo camera system and I called zmodo to get all configuration done with them and then called netgear to get help with port forwarding with them. Netgear said I have to have a extended plan with them in order to get help. I didn't have to have this plan with my original one and now this. I just paid $241.00 for this device and now they want more money. I will not purchase Netgear anymore and this one will be returned unless by chance someone sees this post and is able to help me. If so email me at dustindmorrison@yahoo.com I tried to make the port forearding changes but i'm still unable to view my system on my phone. I even deleted the info on the phone and completely reentered the ip and port info to no luck.
Thanks
Dustin Morrison

Hi dustindmorrison I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
You may want to see the similar instructions here on how to do Port Forwarding on your cable modem.
By the way, did you register your device already? Can you PM me your details such as complete name, email address, phone number or customer ID?
Thanks!
- dustindmorrisonAspirantI PM you the details. Is there anyway you can help me. I'm really frustrated here.

There is a issue with the older firmware on the C6300 which causes port forwarding not to work this has been fixed on the bigger cable company but may not have been patched with yours. We can Rma your C6300 to get you a C6300 with the updated firmware Private message me with your email phone number name and serial number of the modem and I can set up a ticket for our customer support team to RMA the modem for you.
