N600 Ports not communicating with PC

Question

My router ports stopped workiing/communicating with my PC. I tried resetting the port, resetting cable modem, restarting PC, Inone worked. It still won't detect on PC, however, when I bypass router and hook up modem directly to PC there is an automatic connection made. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have another device that connects via ethernet that you can try and test it with?

Hi Darren,Yes, I tested it with a laptop. I got the same error message. I reset the router, and still no communication with the PC or the laptop.

Have you done a full factory reset on the unit? if so you may want to contact support if the modem is under warranty.
