No longer supported on my AC 1900, is it secure?
I'm using a C6300BD on Cox cable and I can no longer log in to change the channel or router settings. I see a device that I can't identify on the wifi network. It's showing as a Unix readyshare. I'm wondering if my network is still secure or if this is someone using my wifi?

Hello Fladave
If you no longer can log in I would suggest factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds. It should go back to default login and then you can set up the modem again.

Hi,
I did what you said but with the same results as before. The message appears in red above the log-in area: NETGEAR router is not found or is not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network of the router, and no IPv6 is enabled.

Hello Fladave
You may have to contact support did you purchase this modem from a store or your internet provider. If you got it from your provider you may want to contact them if not contact netgear support.
