Parental control not working
Downloaded Netgear Genie. Router is on and running (using it now), but when I try to eneble Parental Controls in Genie, it tells me "Internet is not available. Connect your router to the Internet." WTF?

2. Please try using another device (Android, iOS, computer).
3. Have you tried resetting the router?
4. Are you able to login through https://netgear.opendns.com/sign_in.php?

Was there a solution? I'm having the same problem. Opening Parental Controls through the Genie program on Windows does not work. It either says I'm not connected to the internet (when I am), or the OpenDNS login fails (it's an existing account I have verified in my browser).

Firmware has the latest version. I don't have another device. Of course I have reset and restarted the router.
Anyone have any real solutions?
