powerline lan adaptor pl1200

I realize that my wiring in the home and other devices may limit the true speed of the pl1200 but is the normal speed that people get that who use it, is it the speed on the box or slower and if slower how much slower?

I have a bad lan cable not very east to replace and wifi is not the I want to go power lan adaptors seem to be the way to go.

The specified bandwidth of this plug is 1200 Mbps. Are you asking what people actually get?

In your option is the pl1200 the way to go or is there a better one trying to replace a 1gb cat6 cable with it in the present a 1gb switch and desk top computer using the cable.

72 mbps internet service but will upgrade to 1gb service when in area.
