XAV1301v2 monitoring, Windows 10
Hello, how can I monitor the XAV1301v2 under Windows 10 please, the utility just shows "No device in the network" - I'm pretty sure it used to work OK before I went to Windoze 10 so something is blocking it I guess.
Tried switching Defender off, still not working.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the utility?
What is the version of the utility you are using?
Have you tried to use the Desktop genie for powerline management?

Hi James, yes have uninstaled and reinstalled, using Powerline Utility D 3.1.04.
Netgear Genie can see the PC connected to the remote powerline socket, as can the (not Netgear) router but nothing can see the actual powerline devices. I'm certain this worked pre-Windows 10 ...
