Wps light won't turn on
Just bought a EX6130. Manual says the WPS/Mode should be green. It isn't. Manual says to press the button 5 seconds. It blinks but then the light stays off. I reset the device, tried numerous times. More than 5 seconds, less than 5, you name it. The power light becomes orange, then green again, and this is it...

Many thanks. I ended up being able to get someone on phone support. It involved manual set up indeed but with tricks compared to the manual.
You couldn't possibly share the secret, could you?

- I would but there were too many steps I had to make while on the call so I'm afraid I would need to call again if I needed to start over. Sorry. But their phone support is definitely competent and helpful
