Rs 700 The WiFi Scheduler function doesnt work at all

The WiFi Scheduler function On rs 700 doesnt work even after scheduling and saving

the only scheduler that works is on the 6 ghz 

please help

    Something to be aware of, if Smart Connect is enabled, there will be one wifi schedule for all bands that should shut OFF all radios when SC is enabled.

    If SC is not enabled, there will be 3 separate wifi schedule configurations for each radio that you would need to configure. Something I found with my RS600.

    Glad there is no longer a problem.  Please "Mark as Solution" so people will know.

     

    p.s. Interesting that the RS700 has this feature.  Scheduling WiFi radios on/off had long been a feature of Nighthawk WiFi routers.  When the Orbi product was introduced in 2016, Netgear chose to omit that feature (and it remains absent to this day).  In my case, with so many devices and appliances connected with WiFi, there is not a single minute of the day I would want it to disappear.

    Sad. No help from Netgear without paying $99/year.

        Is Smart Connect enabled or disabled while schedule seems to be working now?

    Could you post a screen shot of the WiFi Scheduler page?

     

    (it appears that perhaps the RS700 User Manual was not updated to reflect that this product has a 6GHz radio.  See page 78 of the user manual)

    Is it correct to assume that this RS700 is more than 90 days old, and thus the 90 days of 'complimentary support' have expired?

      Does this happen if you enable Smart Connect?

    What firmware version are you using? 

     

    So setting up the scheduler only effects the 6Ghz wifi radio? 

    Do you have Smart Connect enabled? 

     

    How do you have the scheduler configured?
