Cannot connect RN104 to ReadyCLOUD

My problem is almost identical to this post,

My box also shows the serial number as N0NE000200000 and the Mac address is also incorrect. Firmware version 6.8.0

 

I have read for hours and tried numerous suggestions howerver it is starting to look like a problem a user cannot fix.

 

I was hoping maybe a Mod could fix this or point me in the right direction to get it sorted.
