You can start over w/o using readycloud. Can you access the web UI directly?

Which firmware is the RN102 running?
Is the correct serial number showing for the RN102 in RAIDar? If not that will need to be fixed before you update to 6.6.0. - StephenBNov 15, 2016Guru - Experienced User

You should be able to see the NAS iip address from your router.

I have the same issue. Can see my NAS with raidar, but not with ReadyCloud. I've changed the name of my NAS in the past. When I try to register it again the process fails, because I already registered my NAS. When I turn the feature ReadyCloun on it says the services are offline. Who can help me?

On the underside of the unit, there's 3 boxes. One for SERIAL, another for MODEL NAME, and another that says MAC. The MAC one has number combo that matches what RAIDAR says. It says im running 6.2.2 firmware
StephenB: i tried that link and it says "Cant find Server"

Not to belabor the obvious, but did you substitute the actual nas ip address (reported by RAIDar)? If so, can you ping the NAS?

That explains why you can't use ReadyCloud. ReadyCloud was updated a while ago, and requires at least 6.5.x firmware now. You also needed to upgrade the account to use mynetgear.com logons.
