Can some help me delete my Readycloud account complete from Netgear?

Dear StephenB or Brian L,

how can I contact someone when i dont got a support warrenty or anything like that? I will be charged to contact netgear won't I.

Clearly you shouldn't need to pay to have an account removed. Perhaps Brian can steer you on how to do that?

  I have the same trouble. HOW CAN I GET THE ACCOUNTS DELETED SO THAT I CAN START AGAIN, THERE IS NO WAY MY USER ACCESS THE DEVICE, THE LINK TURNED NOT VALID, AND WE ARE STUCK.
