I have the same trouble.  HOW CAN I GET THE ACCOUNTS DELETED SO THAT I CAN START AGAIN, THERE IS NO WAY MY USER ACCESS THE DEVICE, THE LINK TURNED NOT VALID, AND WE ARE STUCK.
