NAS shows Online(VPN Disconnected)

My son and I both have ReadyNas and share documents.

Today I see his NAS on ReadyCloud but it says says Online(VPN Disconnected)

I cannot see any files..... I called him, he says on his end my NAS shows offline.

where do I start to fix this?

    I turned VPN off and problems went away.

    Have you tried rebooting the NAS as start? Also verify if the NAS is connected to the Internet, You can check as well in the Cloud tab if there are check marks for Services and Internet. If after reboot still you are getting VPN disconnected issue, try to turn off the readycloud service and toggle it back.
