Netgear ReadyNAS 104 ReadyCLOUD Services offline
Hi,
ReadyNAS 104, Firmware 6.4.0, has been working for > 1year but now services offline when I look at the Cloud:
I can log on to the Cloud portal but it doesn't see the shares on the NAS box, yet seems to be able to see the box itself.
After a while it just comes back with the NAS box details - no folders etc.
When I log on to the Cloud service from another source it says that the device is online.
I have tried.
Stopping the Cloud service.
Restarting NAS.
Restarting Cloud service.
Ensuring that the DNS address is correct - it had DNS for the router so, as a precaution, also added in 8.8.8.8
I'm not sure if it's meant to show anything when I go into the Cloud discovery tab but it doesn't - I'm assuming that would be for new devices if I want to add them not existing ones?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for your reply.
As mentioned, the Firmware version is up to date showing 6.4.0 and nothing to update when I ask it to. I can get to the apps tab but there are no apps loaded.
