Network error 0x8007003B when uploading large video files to ReadyNAS

My home LAN is made up with a ReadyNAS RN202 and Night Hawk R7000 router. My laptop OS is Win 10 Home ver. 1703 build 15063.540. I am running Norton Security. When I try to transfer video files from pc to nas I get the network error code 0x8007003B and the msg that something is preventing file transfer. I continue to get the same msg even when I disable Norton Smart Firewall and Auto-Protect and stopping Win 10 Search Service.  Those are some of the recommended corrective actions I've found thus far on the web.  Is there anything thing the community can recommend I try to reslove this issue?
