One user suddenly get : Currently you have no registered or shared devices
Serialnumber 3EPE51EM00F03
Firmware 6.6.0
My wife's account cannot access the NAS via ReadyCloud (http://readycloud.netgear.com/client) nor the desktop client.
It always says "Currently you have no registered or shared devices" regardless from which machine I try to log in.
I can sign into my account perfectly, from any of the machines. In the NAS Client's Manage Tab under Shared Folders and in the NAS Admin Accounts > Cloud Users the said account is listed like all the others.
All the accesses are within our home Network. My wife is still able to access all the shares with \\hostnameOfTheNas .
From my point of view it seems that her account is locked by the server. About two weeks ago the desktop clinet asked for her credentials and we had forgotten the password. As far as I remember I clicked on the Forgot Password link, but the mail didn't arrived and we left it. Later we remembered the password and today I tried to reestablish the desktop client, so I encountered the situation described above.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Hello MarcelR,
Welcome to the community!
Can she see the NAS when she logs in to ReadyCloud portal instead of ReadyCloud desktop client?

Hello JennC
No she doesn't see the NAS on the Portal either. Tere is only a static page stating "Currently you have no registered or shared devices"

Hello MarcelR,
Can you PM me please the screenshot of what you have under Accounts > Cloud Users in the admin page?
PM because it has email addresses that should not be visible here publicly.
Regards,
- vandermerweMasterI can't help, however I am experiencing the same problem. In my case it is a new user that receives the message that there are no registered devices, despite being granted access to a share and being invited through the Readycloud portal. Would be good if Netgear could help with this. My overall impression from reading the forums is that Readycloud is not an intuitive experience for many users.
