You can recover your password by clicking "Forgot Password" link on the bottom of the "Sign In with MyNETGEAR Account" window.

Hi everytime,
It seems odd that your accounts were merged or migrated but you're unable to login to MyNETGEAR login page. I suggest that you create a new ReadyCLOUD account with a different e-mail address to isolate the problem. If this works, then we could point the problem to your existing accounts that were migrated.

Hi. Thank you for the follow-up.
Previously, I had been signing in as one of several accounts that permitted me to sign-in, but then told me I had no devices.
I don't know why that works. I should delete those userIDs, but I don't know where to do that.
Then I signed in as the one user listed under Accounts > Cloud Users. I did a "Forgot Password" and when I created a new password I was able to log in to ReadyCloud.
I was able to log in last evening from an external location. I was waiting until I had a chance to verify from another location, but It seemed to be working fine.
