Ready Cloud Set up/Add Users

I have a ReadyNAS 104 FW version 6.8 that has ReadyCloud enabled. I logged into ReadyCloud.netgear.com with the account I used to enable ReadyCloud (it shows "signed in" in the ReadyNAS admin page under Cloud.

When I try to invite a cloud user under Users/Cloud users, the app says "this device is joined to ReadyCloud" and to visit ready cloud to invite users.

However, once in Ready Cloud, I see no options to invite anyone.

Also, when I click on the NAS in ReadyCLOUD, I don't see any of the shared folders I see in ReadyNAS.

So I don't know how to add users and also find/enable shares in ReadyCLOUD that I see on the device in ReadyNAS. The FAQs/setup doc isn't very helpful.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi GaGirrl

Inviting users would be from the ReadyCloud website readycloud.netgear.com.

Here is a link on adding/inviting users

Adding ReadyCloud User to your ReadyNAS

Adding remote users to access a share

Always make sure that there is a green check mark beside the Internet Available and Services Available fields under Cloud tab.

You may want to try and reboot the NAS if shares is still not showing.

      Hi Marc,

I already see the the settings you indicated that the Internet is available Services Available with the green checkmark but I don't see the option like the example below to add shares on the ReadyCloud option.

However, we do see the shares on the network and they are accessible so I'm not sure why ReadyNAS and ReadyCLOUD see two different things.

        Hi GaGirrl,

Just to clarify, are you trying to create a share folder through Readycloud or are you trying to invite users through Readycloud? Can you provide to me a screenshot of what you see on the Readycloud portal?

        Regards,
        JohnCM_S
