ReadyCloud android app doesn't find devices
I cannot seem to get the android ReadyCloud app on my phone (SM-900A, Samsund Galaxy S5) to find my RN10400. I have no problem logging in to the admin or ReadyCloud site from my phone. Also my PC f...

Found the answer here (https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyCLOUD/ReadyCloud-App-Android-Unable-to-Connect-to-ReadyNas/td-p/1135167) thanks a forum recommendation once I made my first post (funny that a forum search did not find that post before). Here's what I did:
- Clicked the "Leave" button from the Cloud tab in the ReadyNAS admin page
- This deleated my ReadyCloud account
- Also deleted my folders (empty anyways)
- Uninstalled the ReadyCloud-App from my phone
- Re-eabled ReadyCloud with MyNetgear account
- This created a cloud user with my email as the username.
- Previously it had a username that was not my email (this was likely the problem for the app)
- Re-installed the Android App
- Logged in with MyNetgear account
- Device and folders now displayed! :-)
Now to figure out how to share my local (default user) folders with this ReadyCloud account. ;-)
- Clicked the "Leave" button from the Cloud tab in the ReadyNAS admin page

Hello jrandym,
Welcome to the community!
I am glad you were able to fix the issue you opened on this thread. There might be a problem in sharing the local user's share to a ReadyCloud account. By design, each user, whether local or ReadyCloud user, gets to have their own share that is not visible to other users. I suggest you try checking if when the you map the NAS IP locally and there is a permission on one of the share, login using ReadyCloud account. Once you are in, go back to the root folder to see if you will see the ReadyCloud user share.
Regards,
