ReadyCLOUD App not working but works fine on the web
Hello,
The readycloud app on my win10 just says connecting but it never will, and the "readycloud.netgear.com" works just fine...

We appreciate your feedback and for letting us know that your issue has been resolved. Others might benefit from having this workaround that you shared in case someone experienced the same problem (though we don't recommend rolling back or downgrading the Firmware). Lastly, I am hopeful that things will be greater especially with ReadyCLOUD once the migration is complete and the 6.5.0 is officially available. Kindly mark this thread resolved by clicking the “Accept as Solution” button.

Is your PC up to date? Are there any Firewall or AV security software that might be blocking the ReadyCLOUD desktop app?

Yes my pc's, readycloud App, and my readyNAS102 are all up to date and all firewalls i turned off to try and still samething, sometimes it works and other times nothing
