ReadyCloud can't discover device
Hi all,
I've just purchased a ReadyNAS 316 device and I'm trying to set it up. When using ReadyCloud to try and discover the device online, I get to the point where I have to press the OK button on the front. When I do, it tells me the setup could not be completed because I didn't press the button within the allowed time frame.
I know it's definitely picking up the button press, as the discovery screen in my browser changes immediately once I press the button. Anyone seen this before, or got any ideas? I know I can set it up in offline mode but I'd like to be able to access the device online.

- ColdFusionH3AspirantI couldn't find any threads that were the same as my issue, I'm sorry if I overlooked them. :( There's a number of threads about not being able to connect via ReadyCloud using older devices, but my device should be able to without issue.
Could you elaborate at all on what the known issue is?
