Readycloud for Android

I have been unable to get to my servers using Readycloud for Android for 3 days now. I have been able to get in using Windows. I have reset my phone but no luck signing into Readycloud.

    Hello rjwerth,

Just want to collect some info to clear the issue.

Which device do you own?  Netgear router or Readynas Storage? And what is the firmware version of your devcie?

What is your issued andriod device's android version?

You said you can get using Windows, do you mean you can get access to device via readycloud windows client? What is the connect method by Windows readycloud client? Connected(VPN) or Connected(Local)?

Are the network of your Netgear device and phone in same LAN when you try to connect server by readycloud android app?
