Readycloud user not connecting and non-removable
Having just updated my Readynas to the latest firmware and gone through the migration to MyNetGear, all ok for the Admin user but I have a readycloud user who having migrated to My NetGear now does not have any assigned devices? I nievely thought that I could simply remove the readycloud user and then re-invite them - In the readycloud browser app, logged in as admin, I selected the user pressed Delete button and nothing - browser indicates it is busy then nothing. The user is still present and it appears I cannot remove them from my device.
I either need to be able to re-connect them to the device or remove them completely - I don't mind which but at the moment I cannot do either - any ideas?

Hi PeterS250,
Try to delete the said users in the local admin page under the 'Accounts' tab and select Cloud users.
Hope this helps!

Hi PeterS250,
Can you send me some screenshots?
Kind regards,

NETGEAR Community TeamHow can I send you screen shots - no ability in the forum to add in screen shots or attach files?
I log into Readycloud go to manage select the user - on my readynas any user, and then click on delete, then get the dialogue asking for confirmation of deletion, I then click Yes and nothing happens?
It now also appear since the upgrade that the only user who does have access is me? All of my other users have been disconnected from the Readynas or thier accounts are simply not active anymore?
Thanks for your help

Hi PeterS250,
Images and screenshots can be uploaded in the community. Just ensure they are in .png format. I presume you are running Firmware 6.5.0. Were you able to merge your secondary ReadyCLOUD accounts with their respective myNETGEAR accounts (existing or new)?
Kind regards,
