Hi
I'm unable to connect with ReadyCLOUD Windows client over cellular network.
Tested with phone connected to PC and using USB-share method.
I disabled firewall but with no success.
Signing in/out to Netgear server seems to work but always getting endless "Connecting...".

Connecting fine with "readycloud.netgear.com" with both local and cellular network.
I don't know if RC client works if connected to a remote network.

fixed-line internet connection. I got "Connected(VPN) within 1 1/2 minute and listed
shares could be accessed but no home shares could be seen. The RC Desktop client seems working (connection-wise) with local andremote (fixed and cellular) network.Regards,

Hi mdgm
Yes, working fine on my local network.
Unfortunate, I do not have access to a remote network in the near future.
Can also add that the Mobile client, version 1.2.3 for Android, is working fine on both local (WIFI) and cellular network.
Regards,
Ulf

That's unfortunate as testing on a remote fixed line connection is an important step in isolating the cause of this problem.
