ReadyCloud won't discover new ReadyNAS 102

Discover isn't working for me either (though I haven't tried the hint to press the backup button). Manage, Access, and Browse all do work though.
I don't recall exactly how I got started - though I think I created my ReadyCloud account, and then enabled the ReadyCloud service on the RN102 (entering my Readycloud credentials in settings). Could be that the ReadyCloud account is identical to the ReadyNAS Remote account (I did this a while ago)
